A 7-module course designed to help you...

* Deepen your understanding of the many parts within your ‘Internal Family’ and how they interact with each other.

Meditative process to welcome and listen to your younger self.

Introduction to the innate presence in you that brings harmony, non-judgment, and integration to your inner family of parts.
Module 7: Mapping: Inner family tree

Map out how your parts interact, what relationships they have to one another, and what your inner family system needs from you.

*This series consists of 7 modules which should take you about 7 days to complete, however it is designed so that you can go at your own pace. Plan to spend about 15-20 minutes on each module.
