This series is rooted in teachings and practices from: > Dr. Richard Schwartz’ Internal Family Systems model > Martha Beck’s Body Analysis > Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry method > Mindful Awareness, Meditation, Breathwork *Please note: This work is not intended to replace mental health counseling or serve as a treatment for any mental health diagnosis. *This series consists of 7 modules which should take you about 7 days to complete, however it is designed so that you can go at your own pace. Plan to spend about 15-20 minutes on each module.
