Welcome! Below is more about who I am, but if you have any questions you can always send me a message—I’m an open book for you.

Over the years as both a client and coach, I’ve developed my own approach toward and understanding of coaching. For me, coaching is a safe space to be completely honest, access my emotions, gain self-awareness, and practice tools that add ease to my life. Working with a coach accelerates growth.

Coaching shines a light on areas that would take me longer to see on my own. Prioritizing my growth by working with a coach has been the most loving gift I have ever given myself.

After a big personal transition in my 30’s, I sought out support through various modalities of therapy and coaching. It was incredibly impactful for me. I found that coaching with an emphasis on connecting to my emotions, body, and thought-work was what ultimately changed my life the most. I have been drawn to this work ever since and it’s what drove me to become the type of coach I am today.

I wake up with so much gratitude for the coaching and support I have gotten and continue to get. I have so much more awareness, self-compassion, and confidence. This support propelled me into my dream career of becoming a Life Coach, which lights up my life and allows me to be of service to you.

How did I get here? After a decade in the hospitality industry, COVID-19 jolted me right out of my comfort zone and into the unknown. I finally listened to the voice that said there was something more for me.

I always knew I wanted to be of service to people in a way that felt more meaningful to me. And this calling was only growing louder. My childhood and life experiences were challenging in ways that I knew others would relate to.

As a child, I took on a lot of responsibility at a very young age. I learned how to cope with chaos, conflict, and uncertainty by hiding my emotions, putting on a happy face, and learning to handle things on my own. I didn’t want to be a burden and I stopped speaking up about my needs. Maybe this experience sounds familiar to you.

My habits and coping mechanisms only got more deeply rooted from there. As an adult I buried myself in work, continued to deny my emotions, and would occasionally release all of this in unhealthy ways—especially through drinking, which would always be followed by a shame spiral. I was attracting partners that were similar and continued these patterns for 15 years until I was finally ready to ask for help.

Ultimately, I was pushed over the edge when my little sister was diagnosed with cancer and we both found out we carried a mutation in our BRCA1 gene. My worst habits went into overdrive. I was in denial of my own needs and repeating patterns with alcohol, relationships, and being incredibly hard on myself.  This was also my big wake up call. Coaching got me through and still gets me through today.

I am based in Seattle and a true Pacific Northwest girl at heart with a bit of Kihei, Hawaii in the mix. You cannot keep me away from the water or mountains for too long! These days I love spending time connecting to myself through breathwork, yoga, and walking outside with a great podcast or playlist on. Music lights me up and I have too many favorite live shows to list, but Bonnie Raitt and OutKast are on top! Spending time with loved ones is my greatest joy and I am especially thankful for the work I get to do with my sister - providing education and awareness around breast and ovarian cancer signs & symptoms as well as mentor support for high-risk individuals.
